Returns
Quality is at the core of everything we do at KnitBirds. We carefully source our yarns from India's most trusted manufacturers to ensure their best quality and durability.

All goods once sold will not be exchanged or returned. 
Only if a wrong product is sent by us, we will exchange it, and we will bear the cost of shipping.
You need to provide video of the wrong product, within 12 hours to our whatsapp number +917908865834.

Shipping 
Goods are shipped within 1-2 working days after the order is confirmed by the customer. Shipping can take anywhere between 2-8 days depending 
upon your location. 
Shipping charges=70/- for less than 1 kg. For bigger parcel, shipping cost increases by 10 for every 500g.
