Payment process

Payments are not taken from the website or app. After we receive the order from you, we first check for product availability, then contact you for payments on whatsapp/ phone number.  Please note COD is not available. Our official whatsapp number is 7908865834.

Order Cancellation policy 
You can cancel the order anytime before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it is not possible for us to cancel the order.

Damaged parcel

Such events happen rarely. But parcel can get damaged while shipping at times.We will  process the refund for the damaged parcel. But it is important for the customer to do the following.

1. Bring to our notice about damaged parcel within 12 hours. Earlier the better, we can help faster. Send us some properly taken pictures and a video of the damaged part of the parcel.
2. Customer must NOT accept the parcel. Tell the delivery man to return it back to us.

Returns
Quality is at the core of everything we do at KnitBirds. We carefully source our yarns from India's most trusted manufacturers to ensure their best quality and durability.

All goods once sold will not be exchanged or returned. 
Only if a wrong product is sent by us, we will exchange it, and we will bear the cost of shipping.
You need to provide a video of the wrong product within 12 hours to our WhatsApp number, +917908865834.

Shipping 
Goods are shipped within 1-2 working days after the order is confirmed by the customer. Shipping can take anywhere between 2-8 days, depending 
upon your location. 
Shipping charges = 50/- for less than 1 kg. For bigger parcels, shipping cost increases by 10 for every 500 g.
