All goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. Hence, no refunds will be issued. 

Wrong item delivery                        

Such events happen very rarely. But, in case, if it happens that the customer recieves wrong product, we will exchange it.  New parcel will be sent by us, and delivered to the customer in 2-10 working days, depending on customer's location.

Damaged parcel

Such events happen rarely. But parcel can get damaged while shipping at times.We will  process the refund for the damaged parcel. But it is important for the customer to do the following.

1. Bring to our notice about damaged parcel within 12 hours. Earlier the better. Send us some properly taken pictures and a video of the damaged part of the parcel.
2. Customer must NOT accept the parcel. Tell the delivery man to return it back to us.

Once your refund is approved, the amount involved is credited to the customer bank account in 2-3 business days.
